What is a "55" Monk

Exactly that, I see that term flying around all the time now, just wondering, since I thought the 55 had to do with the energy level.

It refers to a monk with 55 hp that makes use of Protective Spirit to take so little damage that it can all be healed via health regeneration. I'm sure you'll find a specific build for one if you poke around the monk build forums.

Achieved with 5 sup runes and a -50hp icon from the 'cities of ascalon' quest.

Using protective spirit damage can be limited to 5 each time you take damage.
