Well if you change the 5% vs Ele to like a +30 Health Mod it would go for:
About 550k, however it might take a while to find a buyer at that price... if you go for about 500k you should be able to sell it pretty quick..
My last 15^50% Re8 chaos axe 10/10 Sundering +30 health went for 100K + 75 ECTO
