PC on Sundering Cleaver Of Fortitude with +15% always and more

damage +15% ALWAYS
armor -10 (while attacking)
armor penetration +10 (chance 10%)
health +30

I wasn't sure how rare and sweet the axe is. The fact that there is a fortitude of +30, max sundering, and 15% always with a negative factor of -10 armor (pish, only 10? Not bad for warriors!) I've never seen such a weapon like this without negative energy or health. Could someone enlighten me on how much such a weapon costs? Thanks for your time.

I'd like to know too, I have one that is 14% with the -10 armor, though the mods aren't great.

the 15^50 cleaver would be eh... 50-65kish...

and if the 14 -10 one is req 9 with mods like that i'd say 30-35k... or with crappy mods 20k perhaps...
