PC Gold Eternal shield, req9, +58 / -2

i know in a new update +60hp while hexed is max now, so +58 hexed and -2 stance must be good right? im guessing this would make a great pvp shield.
Anyway can anyone give me a PC for it plz?

Gold Eternal shield
Req.9 Strength
Health +58 (while Hexed)
Damage -2 (in a stance)

anyone have any idea?
