with the upcomming Guild Wars: Factions there will be loads of new features... a heck everyone who reads this knows it allready
this suggestion is for PvE since in PvP u can only make a new character when u get bored of the old one and in PvE u have to fight all over again to come to the place u left with the other character
why not add a stylist into certain towns? there will be new hairstyles (colors too?) and I guess those of us who have an old old character is getting rather bored of that hairstyle he/she has had since the first steps of his/her character. Not being able to change hairstyle and (color) when there are new ones with an old character. Making a new one just to change the hair feels so frustrating, so adding a hairstylist in the core and factions GW wouldn't be a bad thing, but as with anything it doesn't come without a price, and the hair color, why not use color dyes for that? make ur hair gold, silver, black, blue, orange... gray? whatever u want just as long as ur happy
