Thinking about getting a new shield

I'd like to pick up a new shield for my Ranger.

Ok, now that the anti-melee flamers have had their heads explode, I'm actually looking for a pretty specific shield. I'd like to get a tower shield (tall rectangle with a rounded front surface) with a -2 damage taken w/stance mod, and a +45 Health mod w/stance or close. But, I could care less about it's AL or it requirements, because I'm not using it for it's armor. I don't even get the bonus AL, because I don't use any tactics at all, so it doesn't help me.

I guess basic stats would be 12ish AL and req. 10+ Strength or Tactics with those very rare mods. Can this shield be found anywhere, or am I having a pipe dream?

Ya whats is a kool sheild? i got a razorstone and im looking for a Really Kool looking sheild for it... any suggestions?

To KANE OG: I've already got that specific shield. Now I want one for looks. Thus, the need for the Tower Shield skin.

It can be found... in the Sell forums or the Auction system. Most likely you'd find it with the name "Defender" instead, and it's only req Strength. Since this is more of a WTB than a question, closed.
