i've never seen this skin before, and i checked eohjays website..wasn't there either, so is it new or just never been noticed?

yes new...I would say use search but it's down...so go back it's within the last week of posts

Better than the pointy wooden stick it used to be, though. I really despised that default staff and how it was used for everything under the sun across ele, mesmer, and necro. >.<

yea the water staff is really ugly...I like the idea that they are relatively unique, *cough* extenda wand *cough* but I'd still stay with the twig

Annoyingly the new Earth skin is probably the best; but it is overruled by fact that Earth Staff's always had a great alternative skin in their Orr iteration.

The new Fire Staff is quite cool, the Air Staff is just about bearable.

The new Water Staff looks like a pole stolen from Mary Poppin's merry-go-round, which has then had a badly-made snowman's index finger glued to the end. At least it's some alternative to default thorny stick.
