UPDATE: Have everything I was looking for except for a Shadow Blade, paying 2k for one. Stats do not matter in the slightest, only the weapon skin.

I have a max ghostly staff (req 10 fire), and a max eternal shield.
The Eternal is max, req 12 and white, I can give it to you free when you buy the ghostly staff.
