feathery or normal skin?

How do i know is feathery or normal skin? Sorry, i'm still new in GW. Pardon me for being noob. =)

Anyway, what's the price if it is feathery skin and normal skin? Maybe can give me both price for it.

honestly if it is normal (woodlike) I would sup/expert salvage for the 10/10, though you can still probablly get around 20k
if it is feathery (feathers on the bow) around 40-50k IMO
