PC on a rare fellblade or two

I found two max damage gold fellblades, both req 8, so I figured I'd ID them both.

One is 14%>50 and vampiric 3/-1

The other has no damage mod It's shocking and 17% dwarfslaying, about as worthless as a max damage gold req 8 fellblade can possibly be :P

How much is the first one worth, and is the second one even worth selling to a player?
