PC on a domination cane +12/-1 10% casting

I'd like to know how much this one could be worth, thanks in advance



Cane req 11 domination 11-22 dmg
+12 nrg -1 nrg reg. 10% faster casting

very nice, though mesmers don't need casting still nice. I'm not good with wands like these so I'm not going to give you a pc for I'm sure it will be by far off

5k. Not max energy and like the above poster said, casting isnt as important as recharge.
