is it the dual dragon head skin? or jewl type skin? and btw +5 armor is fairly cheap, and mesmers don't need fast cast

Bump ... i know this isnt worth THAT much, but how much can i be expected to sell it for?

I'm not too keen on salvaging cause neither of the mods are very useful.
