Yeah, I'll say that the people asking for those prices are just wishful thinkers (I'm being nice here) and the people buying them, if any, are very 'generous' (nice again).

The very very most I've seen these actually go for now that ecto goes for 6k is 100k+50 (400k). I sold mine for 40 ecto when ecto was at 9k (360k total) so yeah, 350-400k seems about right.
