I need a pc for the following items:

1. Sundering Caos Axe of Fortitude

Max dmg Purple item REQ 10
+12%dmg when health below 50
Health +24
+10% Armor penetration (chance 7%)

2. Icy Cleaver of Fortitude

Max dmg gold item REQ 10
Health +23
