PC on Short Sword 13-19

Need price check on:

Sundering Short Sword of Warding

Slashing damage 13-19 (req 8.)
Damage +13% (whiled Hexed)
Armor Pentration +10% (7% chance)
Armor +5 (vs elemental attacks)

I don't think its worth much because of the damage, but just wondering if the sundering aspect could be worth something.
