PC On Tall shield

hey guys i have a tall shield. here are the stats.

Armor +16(req. 9 Tactics)
Recieved Dmg -4

and i think it also has a health mod on it as well.


what can i get for it?

would have to know % and if it does have a health mod

... for shame on you for not including the % or if it has a health mod ... its like saying hey wanna buy my car? its red.

o, sry. i was at school when i posted this. the shield is -4 recieved dmg(18%) and there is no health mod on it
