Draft PvP option

The sealed tournament at the Factions Preview Party gave me an idea. What about a draft-type of pvp. You make teams of 8 (or even 4) and then have "packs" of 30 skills (or 15 if teams of 4), with teams members of each team seated in-between each other. Unlike a mtg draft, people would be able to talk, as obviously players could just use vent/ts anyway. After the draft picks players CANNOT swap skills, but can talk with each other to work out their team build. Then the teams battle it out either in guild halls or specialized arenas. Of course there are time limits in drafting and building. As for items, either everything could be unlocked, or it could use current unlocks.
