How do you make wood into parchment? Is this profitable? If so are there other rare materials you can craft out of common ones.

Talk to the crafter outside of Sardelac Sanitarium. He can craft them there.
Yes it can be profitable if you take the parch to Droks and sell them in masses.

It is the closest town outside of Ascalon City. Go out the gate of Ascalon ( post searing) and run straight ahead past the mountain until you get there. it's not far.

If you get the wood farming the total cost of 1 parchment is 45 gold (25 gold for the cost of wood and 20 for the crafter)

You can sell parchments to other players for 70-100 gold.
