You have two interuppts which are helpful weither alone or in parties. Debilitating Shot is nice energy sink I would think, though someone said thet thier not sure if enemies can run out of energy in PvE if thats true there my be an issue if's PvP it will hurt low energy spell casters. Tiger's Fury is a nice way to nail enemies fast. Rend Enchanment I think is a nice touch just to break those pesky Monk protection spells enemies tend to have. Can't remeber what Oath Shot and Fertile Soil due at the momment. I'd say it's a nice balance build not sure about you but i have an R/N aswell and feel when I use one skill from the necro it's like whats the point O_o. But thats me I think it will hold it's own.

My question is... Why oath shot? Everything on your skill bar either recharges fast, or, like the spirit, last longer than the recharge is. So whats the point? Ok, you could shoot debilitating twice, wow, that doesnt do much in PVE. Savage and DS are good together, and dont require oath, tigers lasts as long as the recharge takes, and rend is necro so that doesnt count. Bring an elite that means something. You cant stack spirits, and unless your spirit gets attacked, no reason to recast it. Also, and I might be wrong, but that spirit effects ALL CREATURES, including enemies. I dont need the bad guys to have more life and higher armor.

Oath Shot does recharge Rend Enchantments, also, Fertile Seasons is extremely good for defending something. So if the spirit is down or something else really needs to be rend'd, can oath shot an easy target and re-rend, re-spirit. At least this was how it worked last I knew. I haven't played since 7/30/05 according to the last login on guru. :P
