not really a big deal, I had lvl 11 ranger there but there is a screenie of lvl 1 in RoF

joker a lvl 1 in ROF is impossible because if you think about it the first few quests you have to do in pre gets you maybe 400 exp and than THk gives you 1k exp and to lvl up fron 1 to 2 requires only 1k exp

Look around some more, theres screens of lvl 1's there. and ive personaly seen lvl 1's there.

Ok Miss Temptress u win, but mister lv1 must have died and had somebody run him through the whole game while he was dead.

i actually played through all except maguuma
