piercing dmg 15-28(req 9 mark)
dmg +19% while health is below 50%

is this a new mod?
i thought +15% was max
on this condition anyway
worth anything thanks

not new, this is BELOW 15% is max for ABOVE, I'd merch this but you could get a few k in ascalon

Agreed, merchant, unless you find a ranger that switches bows based on conditions then you might get 3-6k for it.
