yeah perfect dmg mod vs hexed foes to be more precise, world of difference between this one and 15^50 or 15 always, so dont mention it as perfect damage mod.

However it can be a good collector item, cuz of the req 8 and its 15% vs hexed foes which is max for this category of mod, so u may get 40-50k from generous collectors. As an axe, its not useful, tats all i can say, as good as a clean one
