Umm yeah whats it do cuz i bought one from the guy near the hydras and it seems to have no use right now or no obvious one can someone answer this?!?!??!? much appreciated

Ya, but thats on some scroll. The bottle of ink, you double click and click on clothing or something. Oh ya, necromancers can get the tatoos to!
