PC on mursaat horn bow

Ok I just found a horn bow (mursaat skin) - does anyone know how much its worth?

Horn bow of enchanting
MaxDmg (req. 8 Marksman)
Dmg +20% (while hexed)
Enchantments last 17% longer

The bonus is max i think, but not exactly the greatest type...

'while hexed' sucks, but its still mursaat and req8 - is it worth anything at all?

Maybe 20k? I'll buy it to add to my collection if you want to offload it quickly...
