I want to salvage a +30hp mod from a staff. The other mod is a +3hp mod. Do i have more chance of getting the +30hp mod when i would use a superiour salvage kit???

They are the same, one just costs more and has more charges.

To be honest I don't think it would really matter but I would use the sup just incase.

Both of them are the same.
Superior has more uses thats all.

Use the Expert. Superior costs more per use and gives you the exact same chance.
