How do you find out a weapon that has a rare skin

The fellblade is probably closest to being a rare skin out of what you mentioned. They all are good skins that can sell good. The deciding factor will be the stats/mods on the weapons. Put them in the price check forum and see what others say they are worth before trying to sell them if thats your intentions.
The most desirable base stats & damage mods that buyers look for are:
max damage gold
low requirements 7-9
+15%^50 (while health is above) *damage mod*
These will sell for the most depending on the rarity of the skin.
When the requirement is over 9 or the when the *damage mod* is less than 15% or varies from *^50*, then the item will be worth less money. I would say that, +15% always(-5 energy) could win/tie/or come in second depending on the item that its on and what build would be using it. +15%(enchanted) probably comes in third, then maybe (while in a stance)
The base stats and the damage mod cannot be changed, so they are the most important thing the buyer will look at.
hilts, pommels, strings, grips, wrappings.....etc.......can be changed over and over again (except on green items).

And I think the OP was asking about differrent rare skins. now I don't play as much as some (maybe 5 hrs in a week) so I haven't seen all the skins out there, and the only one I have in possesion is the Ghostly one. But maybe someone else could list all the rare skins

Here's a small sample of rares skins:
a) swords: fellblades, crystallines, shadow blades (getting more common everyday)
b) axes: serpent, tribal, dwarven, sickle, sephis, chaos
c) staff: ghostly (not so rare), orrish skin, jeweled dragon
d) bows: eternal, storm, dead, shadow (meh...), mursaat horn bow
I'm sure i have forgotten many, so maybe someone will fill this up.
As for their value, use the PC section of these forums. Be careful that some weapons might be worth a lot even if not max dmg (tribal axes and sickles for example).
