usually single mods one get like 5k or so... but this is a new mod... so maybe 20k or more? dunno I'm not too good with the new mods yet get more opinons...

The mod is max but only single.

In theory this give you the chance to avoid 1 in 5 hits, I don't like this type of mod. 60-80k?

Might need a second opinion though as there is another shield for over 200k with this mod.

I wouldn't value it more than 50k to me % reduction is a bad mod. I'd rather go with a -2 or even -1 fixed.
