Price Check On A Bow

I remember seeing the Price Check area somewhere but now I can't seem to find it again so I'll just post it here. This is the bows stats:

Zealous Shadow Bow of Fortitude

Piercing Dmg: 15-28 (Req. 10 Marksmanship)

Damage +12% (ALWAYS!!!)

Armor -10 (While Attacking)

Energy Gain on Hit: 1

Energy Regeneration -1

Health +27

(The mods on this bow are the: Energy Gain on Hit: 1/Energy Regeneration -1, and the Health +27. These mods can be removed if you do not like them by simply adding a new mod onto the bow. Doing so will overwrite the old mods and put the new one's on the bow.)
