i would personally salvage for the marksmanship mod

5k as it is.

Yeah i think it is feathered skin..i guess the enchanting dmg mod isn't really worth much

enchant is probablly the worst dmg mod for a ranger imo (above vs hexed and while hexed of course)I would probablly still salvage for the +1 mod and sell for ~10k or however much it is worth
