Poisonous Eternal Bow of Defense
15-28 req 11 Marksmanship
damage +14% (while health is above 50%)
defence +5
usual poison mod..

I'd say around 10-15k good mods.

10-14k

30k range imo good % and a workable req

~20k imo

Oppsie.. the title said 14% enchanted while the thread says 14>50.. i was referring to a 14% ench, if it's really 14>50 then i agree on 20k.
