PC on Wingblade and Chaos Axe plz

I got these yesterday for 5k and 3k respectively. I am wondering what the 'real' prices are. Dont be afraid to tell me I got jipped.

Wingblade Sword
Fire Damage: 15-22
req: 8
Damage 14% while H>50%
Swordsmanship +1 17% chance while using skills

Chaos Axe
Damage 6-28
req: 11
Damage +13% while H>50%
Energy +1 on hit
Energy Regen -1
Axe Mastery +1 15% chance while using skills

Also can I mod these? Would I be replacing the mods listed if so?

Not ripped at all i think you got some really good deals, esp on #2.
Yes you can mod them and it will replace the existing mod.
I'd say #1 is worth around 8-10k and #2 15-20k.

Thanks guys. If I got them so cheap (in Lions Arch), how would u sell them for their real prices? I'm not planning on selling them yet, just wondering about the market and where items are being traded for their real values.
