Observer mode!

I would like to see, a guild personal observer regardless of guild rank, so you can automaticly view the last GvG game you played within 24 hours..

This would help guild alot i think, for seeing how your build is working / tactics / players etc...

Why would this be a bad idea? Give reasons why.

Would cost Anet so much money its not even funny. Think about it they have to record from each players perspective and run each one at the same time. You think being able to change camera location on an instant was easy to make.

Only thing I would like to see added is show spirits when they are down. Spirits can instantly change the environment and swing a battle. The should be shown.

heh I dont think about money when i come up with ideas, i dont think most companies do, first its the idea then the viability, i dont think a.net is short of cash ^^.

The camera wouldnt be a problem, its not to hard since play backs would just be data being re-run as a "interactive(camera position selection)" simulation, the hard part would be a timed recording/playback script, the cost heh well would be 5000 guilds last "recorded" gvg game in data storage and recording systems, but on a rotational 24 hr wipe it wouldnt be so bad.

Yeah looked at the other topic, but that was based around HA, which imo is not where i would use this, i think its an important feature for GvG, you dont get a chance to play for chunk of 100.000$ in HA.

What makes me thing that this wouldnt be so hard, is they must have something like this in place already, since last playoffs&championship games were sustained for 24hrs viewing.
