Questions about interface

I have some basic questions about the interface:

1> When I left click on a mob/enemy I immediately go into attack mode. Is there a way to select an enemy and not attack it? Sometimes I just like to check other info about the enemy like its level... before I decide to attack it.

2> Is there any way to change the information that is shown when I mouseover an enemy? The only thing it shows right now is the name... it would be helpful if I could see the level too by just holding the mouse.

3> How do I check some other player's profession without clicking on him? It would be useful if I knew someone's profession before I made a team with him.

1. Shift-click
2. Nope.
3. Mission areas: the Mo/R20 or W/Mo17 above their heads. Or you could just ask the person.

1) C will select nearest taget. You can scan through all with the Alt key. This method will select without attacking.

2) Don't know

3) In outposts (not in cities) the level and profession is shown above each toon.

1: Pressing the letter C on the keyboard selects nearest target, you can cycle thru mobs with Tab
2: No mouse over, just use C and then cycle with Tab
3- You have to click on the player if in town. In mission towns their professions will be displayed ontop of their heads.

And while we are on it, when someone calls targer then press T and you will select the same target so all of the party can attack the same monster.
