Seriously, I've seen some of the new ones (PVP Char Creation Screen, choose Cantha) and they put some of the old ones to shame. Hence, a Hairstyle change NPC would be nice to have, as I'm not keen to remake my PVE Necro and Warrior, both which have exp in excess of 1 million, not to mention all the skill unlocks.
I would be willing to pay 10k for a change, if one existed. Maybe higher.

Good idea, although I wouldnt mind changing some more of the look on my necro instead of just hair. (Example(s): Height and/or Skin tint)

i think they should add an NPC to each major outpost that can change your looks... it'll add as a gold sink and will only make players more happy
