what is with the changing guild hall every mach
is there a way to pick which one you will fight at and how come i never get to start on the ship

The PvP community wanted more diverse GvG maps, thus they added 5 more maps that you randomly switch between.
To start on the ship you must "attack" another Guild's Guild Hall. When you start in the castle you are "defending" your own. AFAIK it randomly selects which you will be doing but it might be based on rank/rating.
When you are challenged you always defend at "your" Guild Hall. When you challenge another guild you always attack "their" Guild Hall.
The only way to really choose I suppose is to accept a challenge or challenge a Guild when you know what hall they have.
