I second DrBunny's opinion.
Nobody wants an AP of 10/6.
11^50 is way too low.
You might recycle the Health+21 and sell it for 500g, or sell the bow to a newcomer for around the price but really... it will be a pain to sell. Give it to a new player and make his day maybe?
