question after accesending

ok yall i have accended and switched from necro to monk, now i am told that i can go bback and get these quests for the monk to get the skills, however i have look all over ascalon and sardalac for the monk quests but did not find any.

Try going to GuildWiki and look at the quests. It lists all the monk quests - maybe you are looking in the wrong place?

Yeah it was.
Once you ascend and change secondaries, you can get quests specific to those new secondaries in three places:
Sardelac Sanitarium
Serenity Temple
Yak's Bend
Remember that not all professions have quest givers in the town.
For Sardelac the monk trainer is Garzdan the Protector outside of town.
Sardelac has a mesmer and necro trainer I believe
Sanitarium has an ele and mesmer trainer
Yaks should have all of them.
Ranger trainer in ascalon are up by the balthazar statue where Green Hills Country was in pre (just prior to Gate Guard Hollis on the way to the Breach)

Note that you only get the quests that are *only* for the new secondary. If they originally rewarded you with a skill from you original primary/secondary those quests are no longer available, assuming you already completed them.
