i want to know do these two stack...

natures renewall: enchantments and hexes take twice as long to cast
holy veil: hex cast on target ally takes twice as long to cast

so... is it 4x cast time of hexes or just 2x?

(sry for bad english... like alway )

I think it caps at 250-300%. I'm not certain though.

The prenerf HoD helmet made hex cast time on you double. Im pretty sure I was someone posting here these 2 stacked (So 400% longer cast).

It Halved the Hexs Duration on you, it did nothing to how long it took them to cast it.

(sry for bad english... like alway ) I think it's capped at some figure, but in this case you wouldn't want to maintain holy veil because it would be costing you twice the upkeep.
