I still use what I did in the forge runner thread, if you look at the pictures you can see my build. Nowadays I prefer running it with my r/w because then its still a challenge

Really if you take the time to regain energy and if you take a healing ank with you to switch to if you are out of energy...
you should be able to do this pretty easy..
chaser worms : sprint after your balance has run out
siege golems: balance when you go in, charge when you are almost past them, turn off holy veil when the second slow hex hits you
worms: mending and balance only when there are other enemies around you than just the worms...
azures: balance when there are 4 ++ or when they are combined with tundra giants
heretics: remove holy veil as you get hit by crippling anguish, cuz thats the spell that kills you.
traps: purge conditions straightaway
