Elementalist's Master armor

I read on multiple information sites that there is a master's set (as opposed to pyromancer, hydromancer, etc.) for elementalists, that has weaker physical defense, but protects more against elemental attacks. I just beat the Southern Shiverpeaks, and I've yet to even see the master's set. If it's in the game, could anyone please point me to where it's located?

There are still the same numbers of armor thou...

the 4 elements, the crafter elementalist set and the collector elementalist set...
