Final Chapter

Im a necro/monk and I am looking for about 4 good skills(that are non elite) that would make a good combo. Right now I am working with vampiric gaze, well of blood, parasitic bond, and summon bone fiend. These spells are good but I want to get a combo where I can cast spells one after the other and not have to wait or something involvint minions where I dont have to sac like half my health to do anything

I also play a necro/monk and i do constant casting in combat.
I cast Animate Bone Fiend and/or Animate Bone Horror everytime a corpse becomes available. I prefer Fiends, but I never stop casting to let them recharge, so I summon both alot. I also cast Veratas Sacrifice every 30 seconds, without fail, whether I am in combat or not.

17% max health seems really bad to lose in combat, but if you stack a healing breeze right after it, you'll be fine. And out of combat use Area Heal right afterwords cause it will heal both you and your minions. Another is, dont attack. It seems really dumb, but I dont have time to attack enemies anyway, and if you're not being actively hit, your health will return on its own as long as you dont attack.

Its not for everyone, but it works really well for me. If you ever want to see how it works out msg me ingame, Chalem Kara, Jolinar Of Malkshur, Liz Lense, or Sir Noob Sauce.

Another combo is Summon Bone Horror (less mana), Cast Death Nova on it then watch as it gets killed in battle in blows up doing good damage and posions foes.
You can then use Vampiric Gaze, not as good as touch, but ranged so much safe and does reasonable damage. Then you can either uses monk skills for the remaining or use a selection of curses, Good Curse combos are
Mark of Pain,Price of failure and Weaken armour for supporting the fighters. Useful to have awaken the blood skill for users of curse / blood magics.

You might also want to try Suffering. It's good for getting a large group to have health degen. On top you may want to use life siphon, so you gain from your targets loss. From there, just toss in any other health degen spells.

I play as a Necro/Monk and that seems to work quite well for me.

One thing I notice too is Blood ritual is really awesome on Necro/Monk because you can really help your team out a LOT and generally heal yourself really quickly. It allows for you to really make your team monk and elementalist work much more efficiently and doesnt cost you that much really.

I've spent most of my points in Blood Magic. Here's my normal sequence of events:

Blood Renewal
Life Siphon
Vampiric Gaze
Vampiric Touch

At this point they're usually dead.

In the case of harder mobs, I'll use my secondary monk ability "Bane", which is a pretty hefty DD. And in the case of multiple mobs, a combination of Deadly Swarm, Animate Bone Horror, and (monk)Reversal of Fortune seems to do the trick.

Although I'm still only pre-searing, but I've soloed practically everything I've come in contact with. Monk Bane with Vampiric touch and vampiric Gaze is usually a 2-3 shot killer.
