This Sux.....

This sux monkey balls.
I just built a warrior. Im in the stage of finishing all the Fort Rank
quests. I go to Ascalon City to get the quest for Symon. His first
quest was to get that item he needed from a chest. So I go to the
chest outside of Ascalon. Got the item he is lookin for. Cool
I return to Symon for my reward. He gives me my XP and a
water magic offhand. Energy +6 Req forgot...Reduces poison
duration 20%....Reduces bleeding duration 20% armor +7 while hexed.
Also a shitty ass Curses Idol. K....where this is where I started to get
pissed. Symon doesn't offer me any other quest/quests. I go over
to Warmaster Tight Ass. He doesn't give me any new quest/quests.
Not even the SOA quest If you are wondering Sir Tight Ass only
gave me two quests. The one with that guy outside of Ascalon
talking to Prince Ruik. And the North Wall quest.
So does this means I don't get a -50 offhand. yes I've, checked. I've
done all the quests there is from Ascalon to Piken Square except for the Fort Ranks ones.

I believe Captain Arne give you that quest (Fires in the East), after you have done one quest for him and completed another unrelated quest.
