need help finding where to buy skill

anyone know where I can buy the skill physical resistance?? I could really use it, and I have no idea where to get it.

If you have any faction, you can also unlock it and then buy it anywhere. However inconvenient that might be if you have either of the aforementioned towns

i didnt kno faction would allow you to buy it anywhere...I thought it was only for PvP only chars. wish i knew that earlier...lol

Faction is only used for PvP characters.

But if you have unlocked a skill using that PvP faction, said skill will appear in any skill trader rather than just the ones it is 'unique' to
