I don't quite get it... heal party ends this skill?? Did I understand wrongly or something? Only if you do something offensive with a target P&H should end. Sorry if I just messed up.

Keep in mind that this skill has undergone a number of changes since the first posts. It used to end when you use any skill that didn't target an ally. That includes all non-targeted skill, which counted skills like Divine Boon and Heal Party. (Actually, that change happened after non-targeted skill mechanics were altered so that people couldn't spam shouts/divine boon/other such skills to trigger Zealot's Fire)
Since then, its conditional ending has changed to only end when you attack or use a skill that targets a foe.

Yes, but with mantra of recall, energy drain or offering of blood you get A LOT more energy per second, even though you don't get a visible pip in your mana bar

If you really don't wanna target the enemy, use MoR or OoB, it gives you twice the energy

OoB(at 9 blood magic) gives you 0.66 energy per second. PaH gives you 0.28 energy per second. (x2 that is 0.56)
this means: 2x OoB: 1.32 energy per second, equally divided over 2 monks
OoB+PaH: 1.22 energy per second, only 0.28 of which is for you

If it is stripped, at least, you can re-cast it soon. 30 sec duration would mean a net gain of 5 energy over 30 seconds, gg with your energy management elite skill

However, the worst part of this is that it has a longer recharge than drain enchantment. this means, once someone on the opposing team calls out "I Hav A Big Wand is using Peace and Harmony!" they'll drain it every time you use it. This is easy as you will only have 2 targets who possibly have it on them. Suddenly, your enemies are the one gaining energy from your elite energy management skill. GG
As for PvE, saying "this skill works in PvE" is just not a valid argument. ANYTHING works in PvE. PvE and PvP are 2 different worlds. I mean, people use life barrier in PvE.......
The number one candidate for the worst elite in the game, together with archer's signet and shared burden

Here is a suggestion for it.
Recharge, cost, cast and duration remain the same, but the affect is this: While enchanted with this spell, your first two maintans cost nothing to do it. (thus supporting 2 maintains with this).
It will probably become a little more usefull.

This Skill PWNS so rediculously hard it should be nerfed.

at 16 Divine Favor (Which Any decent Monk will have, Divine Favor bonus is leet) it lasts 94 SECONDS. At 1 energy every 3 secs, it is giving you like ALMOST 32 FREE ENERGY!

I Dont even HAVE to mention that keeping this on yourself makes Bonding EASY as you get 1 less degen!

-------------

Ok....Can't keep that up....The skill is obviously flawed...It is designed to only be minimally effective if you are mantaining it on as many people as possible...And this is flawed in itself, because what other casters except the 2-3 monks on the team will NOT target a Foe or wand something?

I honestly think its Elite ONLY because of Glyph of Renewel - which would make it pretty easy to keep up on most people by cutting 10 secs off the recharge basically.
