Factions Account Addon Question

Hello guys, Ive been trying to find this out for a while..I know that you get 2 extra char slots and access to cantha when you add factions to your account... but .. Will you also get extra chances to switch territories?(Like from europe to north america and back?)

I was asking this question as well because I to used up all my changes and was stuck in the europe servers. But I figured it was worth a shot to email Anet tech support and explain/ask very nicely my situation and if it was possible to help me. And sure enough they did. Im sure they will help you to as long as you made the territory change before they upped the number. All you need to do is give them your access key and account name and bam, back to whichever server you want.
