Anyone else experience lag lately?

I'm experiencing a lot of lag and i mean a lot of lag. I'm trying to farm for some cash but due to lag i kept on dying. My char is fighting and all of a sudden just stand still, skill doesnt get executed. After about 30 sec to 1 min i regain control again and of course i die. Just want to know if anyone having same issue? I've been experience lag over the last few months too.

I have been lagging a bit, but just latley. It started in the last few days acualy. It's nothing terrible but more lag then I usualy get. A few of my guildies where talking about it as well.

I've had something similar to this lately too. The view of my char seems to jump sometimes to a nearby place, and it won't execute skills or let me warp to a town. It's annoying because I am often still getting pounded by enemies and I am trying to run but it keeps looping me back to the same spot. My char usually dies at this point.

I noticed this happening only in the last week or two, so yeah I think it is probably related to one of the game updates.

Last night I was in a FoW group and skills where taking like 2 sec to activate (register that I wanted to cast them) then I ask anyone else laggin?

they all replied yha...

but that time it only lasted for maybe 15-20sec right of the night was fine.

im getting more lag then usual, but my connection is just crappy atm. I dont know if its because of all the recent updates and patches (most likely since thats when it started) or if my isp is just going through a phase of disconnecting me (possible though unlikely). Its really bugging me, it use to happen to me all the time a few months ago, but it just stopped a while back, and now its starting up again, hopefully anet will fix this, but who knows.

I've been getting pretty serious lag at intervals. I'd say "occasionally," but it's getting more frequent than that (although doesn't always stick around), and when it strikes, it's pretty bad. I've lagged to death, wildly lag-teleported into aggro, been d/c'ed while halfway to picking up a gold armor and another time a purple armor, and there's times when I'm not able to play interruption builds, because the lag makes my skill triggering far too spotty. Hopefully it will get better.

It's sad but I think, even in a lag-free environment, human interrupters cannot beat AI interrupters like those in Factions.

Same here, a lot of lag! I lagged myself to death a few times in pvp.
Since the maintenance to the server, I have had at least 15 errors code=007 and two errors code=005 (dunno what that is, tried to get on guildwars.com/support to get more info but the page wouldn't load either).
Before I rarely had an error code=007, and you would think that it's my connection, but the thing is when I play on my other account (same computer/same connection) everything is fine.
I sure hope this will get fixed cause I'm pvp'ing a lot and now I can hardly play since I hate quitters and this lag and errors made me into something I hate (= a quitter)..

I defragmented my hard drive (it had been a while). That seemed to help. I only experienced minor lag once or twice after defragging. Before, the lag was making the game unplayable.
