GW is Freezing on me, not lagging

Hello all. Maybe somebody could help me out. Guild Wars has recently been freezing up on me quite a bit. I don't mean running choppy and lagging a bit either. I will be playing perfectly than all of a sudden the screen freezes for anywhere between 10-30 seconds!!! Every once and a while after it happens a couple times, I will get kicked with an error=7. Now, I have a Dell XPS, probably 5 months old and I have a direct broadband connection. None of my other games (CS, Day of Defeat, Battlefield2 and others) have any problems whatsoever, and that's with all high settings. So why would GW's do that? It's probably been happening for about a week now. Anybody else encounter this or have any possible solutions for me? Thanks.

I have been experienced this 'locking up' or 'freezing' too. It's because gw.exe all of a sudden decides it wants to take up 99% of the CPU. This started happening ~24 hours ago. After about a minute it calms down and I can continue, but usually I am already dead. I assume Anet are aware of this.
