req 13 strength
damage -5 (18% chance)

I had a shadow shield req 10 strength -5 dmg 16% and got 5k.
Don't think our going to get much more over 10k for this.
Possible merchant. You'll need a 2nd opinion

I'd say 5-8k high req too and i really don't like % reduction shields.
