Just to note, those skills I listed before are not unlocked even on your PvP characters. If you want to use them on a PvP character or have them for release, you'll need to unlock them somehow. So, yes, the only way to have new skills before you unlock is through using the premades. Which are as follows.

Moebius Strike {E} - Elite Off-Hand Attack. Must follow a Dual Attack. If it hits, Moebius Strike strikes for 10...30 damage. If you strike a foe whose Health is below 50%, all your other attack skills are recharge. (Daggers) 5en 8recharge.

The skill trainers and priests of Balthazar offer all the skills. So, if you want to see what something is go to one of them as I'd rather play than copy down the info from all 300 or so skills. A lot of them are cropping up on guildwiki, too. That said, here are a few that I remember:
WARRIOR
Triple Chop {E} - Elite Axe Attack. Attack target foe and adjacent foes. Each attack that hits deals +10...+34 damage. 5en 10recharge.
Enraged Smash {E} - Elite Hammer Attack. If this hits, Enraged Smash deals +5...10 damage (maximum bonus 40) for each fully charged adrenal attack you have. 2adren.
Dragon Slash {E} - Elite Sword Attack. If Dragon Slash hits, you strike for +10...34 damage and gain 1...4 strikes of adrenaline. 10adren.
Auspicious Blow - Hammer Attack. If Ausipicious Blow hits, you strike for 5...17 damage. If it hits a foe sufering from Weakness you gain 3...7 energy. 8adren.
