Nearly perfect staff of deathmagic pls a PC

Hi don´t know whether this is a rare staff:
11-22 (req. Deathmagic 13)
Halves Skill recharge of spells 10%
Halves castimg time of deathmagic spells 20%
Energie +4
Deathmagic +1 (18%)

nice staff id say about 150k for the 10/20 mod and abother 50k for the deathmagic mod
total = 200k

hui well, other opinions? if not i´m goign to sell this^^

what skin does the staff have?

yeah the skin is important

need to know skin, if it is normal skin (bone staff) high req I'm gonna say ~100-125k IMO

and I've gotten 19% death magic for 15k several times... really easy...

... even though there is no skin yet on this ... and the req is high ... imo it still stands in the 200k range ... casting imo is better than recharge for death so a 20/10 i like it means heal area and what other non death spells you have 10% fast recharge yay
